What this tool actually does
Most people meet a disordered PDF at the worst possible moment: the scanner fed the pages backwards, a form arrived with its annexure ahead of the application, or a certificate was photographed upside down five minutes before an upload deadline. Rebuilding that file in a desktop editor is slow, and most online fixes want your document on their server first.
This page loads every page of your PDF as a thumbnail in a visual grid. You work on the thumbnails — drag, rotate, delete, add another file — and the tool rebuilds the PDF from your arrangement when you hit download. The original file on your disk is never modified, so a mistake costs you nothing but a reload.

Your files never leave your device
This tool has no server-side upload step. Your PDF is read by your browser, rendered to thumbnails in your browser, and rebuilt in your browser. It is never transmitted to filecrafthub.com or to any third party, which means there is also no server copy to delete later.
That matters if you handle documents you would not hand to a stranger: Aadhaar and PAN copies, mark sheets, bank statements, medical reports, signed contracts, client files. Close the tab and the file is gone from the page entirely.
A practical side effect: because the processing is local, speed depends on your own device rather than on someone else’s queue, and the tool keeps working on a weak or intermittent connection once the page has loaded.
When you’ll reach for it
- Application forms. Government and university portals often demand a single PDF in a fixed order — form, photo, signature, certificates, caste or income proof. Build that exact sequence before you upload.
- Scans that came out backwards. Sheet-fed scanners frequently deliver a document last page first. Reverse it in a few drags instead of re-scanning.
- Two-pass duplex scans. Odd pages in one file, even pages in another. Interleave puts them back into reading order.
- Study material. Pull the chapters you actually need out of a large book PDF and drop the rest.
- Reports and proposals. Move an appendix, insert a signed page from a second file, remove an internal cover sheet before sending it out.
- Printing. Delete blank separator pages so a print job doesn’t waste paper.
Good to know before you start
Because everything runs locally, your device sets the ceiling. Very large documents — several hundred pages, or scans at high DPI — take longer to render as thumbnails and use more memory, especially on older phones. If a heavy file feels sluggish, split it first, work on the part you need, and rejoin afterwards.
Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked before the tool can read their pages. And this is a page-level tool by design: it moves, turns and removes whole pages. To change words or images inside a page, you need a content editor rather than an organiser.
